Plant Manager

Our client is a leading multinational company operating in industrial business. We are looking for the:

PLANT MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and lead the plant team to achieve the agreed objectives (safety, environment, quality, cost and service). Proactively drive focussed improvement
• Lead and drive strategic initiatives that ensure alignment between market/customer needs and capacity, process capability and delivery through current manufacturing resources
• Ensure development of plant management team and staff, through performance management, career development and succession planning and coaching
• Collaborate with other functions and divisions driving continuous improvement
• Ensure smooth operations by effectively managing employee and industrial relations building and maintain positive community relations.

Skills

• Leadership knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations with emphasis on lean and efficient workflow
• Experience in production management & Lean projects implementation within preferably electronics, aeronautical, automotive, automation & mechanical environments is prefered
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluent English is strictly requested.
