Are you a graduate in engineering looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive team? We’re looking for a graduate to join our team at our headquarters and grow with us!

What You’ll Do:

In the initial phase, you will provide support to the Proposal and Estimation Department, focusing on back-office activities and gaining exposure to the entire process behind tender documentation, technical attachments, legal documentation, and contract management.

As you develop your skills, your career path can evolve toward roles such as Cost Estimator or on-site operations.

Requirements

We’re seeking curious, motivated individuals with:

• A degree in engineering, preferably in civil, mechanical, or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel and major IT tools
• A strong command of one or more languages (English, Spanish preferred)
