Project Director - Luxury Hospitality Project

He/She will coordinate all aspects of the development process for assigned projects, from the acquisition of new land, design and development, to the construction of all infrastructure and buildings. A leader in the high-income real estate sector with significant operations in hospitality and real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate all aspects of the development process for assigned projects, from the acquisition of new land, design and development, to the construction of all infrastructure and buildings.
2. Develop, implement, and communicate overall Company Development strategy that maximizes the return on investment for the company.
3. Coordinate with all functions to formulate strategy and requirements.
4. Manage development site analysis, assessment/feasibility including review of relevant site documents, meeting with various public entities, and conducting periodic site and neighborhood visitations.
5. Meet with consultants and attorneys regarding zoning possibilities and limitations, review studies and diagrams, and confirm basic configurations.
6. Establish and implement the project's development business plan.
7. Formulate and finalize the Final Development Brief for the project, and if required, for each stage, in line with the project business plan.
8. Maintain focus throughout project development and execution on the financial parameters of the project (both quantum and quality of returns) to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
9. Manage consultant appointments, design development, design, costing, programming, staging, approvals, and delivery of the infrastructure and remediation aspects of the project.
10. Manage the works within the scope contemplated within the Master Plan, Commercial Assessment, and budget.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Education: MBA, ideally with international exposure.
• Experience: 3 years of consulting experience (MBB) and 3 years of experience in real estate development (also acceptable is RE finance, asset management, or construction). Ideally has worked on luxury hospitality projects.
• Mindset: open-minded, curious, bias towards action, excellent at solving problems, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.
• Skills: fluently bilingual; excellent financial modeling skills.
