Currently, we are looking for a Smart Factory and Digital Leader.
Mission:
Manage the Digital Operations deployment Smart Operations deployment roadmap at their site based on the regional annual site roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Smart Operation internal projects and follow up with Site Digital Talents Site Management Committee.
- Accountable for the Business Case management of the site linked to the Smart Solutions Catalogue (BCI creation, BCI approval, registration in CanPortal, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with Schneider Electric Security Policies, including new means from Industrialization, and rectify potential deficiencies.
- Own the inventory of all OT assets and ensure data accuracy via Claroty.
- Monitor potential cyber threats and mitigate them with remote support from the Connected Services Hub.
- Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency, and productivity.
- Implement the Smart Solutions in collaboration with their Cluster RSMR (Regional Sub Matter Referent) and their Cluster Central Support Function (CSQ, SC Manufacturing, MM, etc.) and Schneider Digital.
- Secure Key User nomination and coordinate the key user network in the factory.
- Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site population.
- Network continuously with Digital communities to share and replicate best practices.
- Promote and challenge data analytics/process automation with digital communities.
- Measure Smart/DQAI/SPS Digital Maturity.
- Manage activities and new projects to protect the OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of the site.
- Participate in monthly calls with the CSL Community and other webinars to understand current and future projects related to Cybersecurity in ETO industrial sites.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Engineering background
- Experience in IoT
- Experience in MES
- Communication and relationship capabilities with a particular focus on cross-cultural relationships worldwide
- Team-oriented approach
- Fluent in English and Italian
