This position reports to Quality System & Compliance Supervisor and is based at Pomezia [Italy].

Role reports to: Quality System & Compliance Supervisor

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the conformity of products to predefined Kenvue specifications.
  2. Ensure compliance according to Kenvue Policies, GMP requirements, Health Authority regulations, and ISO Standards (9001 and 13485).
  3. Collaborate with Operations, internal and external partners to solve Quality issues related to Complaints, Non-Conformances, and CAPA, investigating root causes and implementing robust corrective/preventive actions.
  4. Monitor product quality performance to identify opportunities for improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  5. Control KPIs for product quality and analyze statistical quality data for Management review.
  6. Execute the Quality on the Shop Floor program to prevent defects and associated costs on finished products.
  7. Contribute actively to the Change Control process by planning, creating, and managing the overall Quality Planning strategy.
  8. Execute product release and batch record review.
  9. Support the execution of internal and external audits.
  10. Draft, revise and update Standard Operating Procedures.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in scientific subjects (Chemical, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biology, etc.).
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Quality, or R&D department.
  3. Good knowledge of ISO standards and cosmetic legislation.
  4. Strong proficiency in electronic systems and software to ensure product quality and compliance of all processes.
  5. Knowledge of MS Office, statistical tools, and data analytics.
  6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
