Mechanical Engineer

Engineering firm in business for decades is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee!

Responsibilities:

• Manage, direct and supervise projects including schedule and budget.
• Manage/direct internal design staff for total mechanical systems design for specific projects.
• Coordinate with external design teams.
• Make mechanical systems design calculations including hydraulic calculations, piping stress analysis, and energy/system modeling.
• Build/maintain client relationships and opportunities.
• Assist with preparation of project proposals (project write-ups, resumes, etc.).

Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience preferred.
• P.E. License.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of engineering theories/methodologies and project approach and system design.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
