Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Città metropolitana di Milano

Salary: €110.000 – €125.000 per year

Position:

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with proven experience in developing IT projects in a global and cross-functional environment. The CTO will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s technological strategy, leading the adoption of innovative solutions, and aligning technological objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Make executive decisions regarding the company’s technological requirements.
2. Develop the technical aspects of the business strategy and align them with business objectives.
3. Formulate guidelines on the use of technology within the company.
4. Act as a technical reference and mentor for Team Leaders and assist departments in leveraging technology effectively.
5. Support the COO to ensure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
6. Select and define the workflows and tools used for technical activities.
7. Build and ensure quality assurance and data protection processes.
8. Provide pre-sales support for the formulation of technical quotes and validate technical estimates.
9. Define certifications and the resources needed for certification.
10. Identify and adopt innovative technologies that generate competitive advantage.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of previous work experience in technology leadership roles or as a CTO.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of major platforms and programming languages.
5. Problem-solving skills.
6. Good level of English (spoken and written).
7. Proactive approach.
8. Team player.
9. Good stress management skills.
10. Flexibility.
