The opportunity

A new, exciting opportunity has arisen at Teva Pharmaceuticals for an experienced Facilities Manager to join us as the Associate Director Facilities Management & Real Estate for México & LATAM cluster. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all Facilities, Real Estate and Physical Security services for all sites in our LATAM region to support business operations. Your key focus will be to support governance over the management of Hard & Soft Services and Projects, drive continuous improvement across all sites and strengthen relationships with our employees and stakeholders. In the scope of México, you will lead and implement the procedures and policies related to fleet, facilities, real estate, physical security services, EH&S, waste management and maintenance from all locations in México.

How you’ll spend your day

Your responsibilities include:

1. Provide strategic support for the team overseeing all facilities, real estate and physical security operations.
2. Lead changes for assigned sites in accordance with the strategic initiatives within GFM&RE and TEVA Corp.
3. Assist sites during the development of annual budgets for operational and capital expenses.
4. Monitor Facilities service levels in line with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
5. Engage with all relevant stakeholders regularly to align on goals and work plans.
6. Oversee Cluster strategic FM/RE projects, such as site openings/closures and technology-related projects.
7. Ensure compliance with Teva and GFM&RE policies and procedures.
8. Support the Sr. Dir IM and VP GFM&RE with the implementation of global strategic plans.
9. Identify operational requirements and solutions for upcoming issues.

Your experience and qualifications

• Fluent English
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Facility Management and Real Estate
• Bachelor’s degree (preference for Facilities Management, Engineering or related field). Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong ability to develop presentation/business cases.
• Experience with Manufacturing, R&D, and Distribution operations preferred.
• Well-developed leadership skills with outstanding people and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and implement significant change processes.
• Financial oversight experience.
