Cyber Security Project Manager / Service Owner (DLG)

The Role

Herzum is looking for a highly experienced Cyber Security Project Manager/Service Owner to join our team and support one of our Clients. The Risk & Security department is responsible for the Cyber Security Services team, which manages the operation and further development of IT security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Acting as Service Owner.
2. Incident & Problem Management (coordination and escalation).
3. Planning and coordination of internal tasks and service processing.
4. Tracking operational security topics.
5. Provider management.
6. Acting as Deputy Team Lead and assisting with recruitment.
7. Supporting ongoing and new projects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Service Owner and Team Leader (strong leadership skills).
2. Expertise in Cyber Security Services and Information Security.
3. Strong knowledge of Cyber Security infrastructures.
4. ITIL and Project Management experience.
5. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English with the ability to communicate professionally (mandatory).

Additional Information:

1. Work mode: 80% onsite in Basel, 20% remote (depending on project phase).
2. Remote work restriction: Remote work outside of Switzerland is not permitted due to internal regulations.
3. Swiss residents: Debt enforcement and criminal records required.
4. German residents: SCHUFA credit check and police clearance certificate required.
