Job Description

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to the property, scope of repairs, bid, and estimate jobs.
2. Oversee each project to the homeowner’s satisfaction and collect payment.
3. This is a traveling position.

Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 first year.

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to canvass and set up appointments.
2. Use technology provided to create scope of loss or inspection reports.
3. Act as a liaison between property owner, production manager, and insurance company.
4. Be present at the time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work.

Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. No experience working with insurance and/or construction is required. We are looking for people with an aptitude for learning, a keen ability to persuade, and a drive to be at the top of their game every day. We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to find success!

Key Competencies:

1. Self-starter, can work independently, and driven towards success.
2. Effective presentation skills.
3. Friendly personality and effective communication is a must.

Other Requirements:

1. Will require some evenings and weekend hours based on business needs.
2. Must be willing to travel throughout the state.
3. Reliable transportation.
4. Ability to carry, set up, and climb a ladder.
5. Ability to safely walk the roof for performing inspections.
