JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for someone that will support both the sales and stock management. The candidate will work as a "brand ambassador," conveying the Brand's philosophy and values, maximizing sales performance by fostering relationships with customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into our world. Additionally, the candidate will manage stock in terms of KPIs, Corporate guidelines, and procedures, facilitating the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimizing stock losses. He/She will ensure the implementation of guidelines received from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure and maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual display, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
9. Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during the handling process.
10. Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following Corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
11. Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stock-takes.
12. Assure the right product flow tracking through the SAP system.
13. Manage product flow during Repairs.
14. Manage stockroom activities related to Markdown.
15. Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.

1. Fluent spoken English expected; other languages desirable.

6. Mature and assertive.
7. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
8. Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
