Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to oversee and manage the logistics operations, both inbound and outbound, ensuring seamless movement of goods, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. This role requires close collaboration with our production divisions, warehouse, and clients to meet business goals effectively.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

Inbound Activity:

• Creation of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice)
• Manage inbound discrepancies with production divisions and warehouse
• Monitor and manage transportation costs
• Review processes for cost optimization
• Track and trace shipments, ensuring SLA compliance

Outbound Activity:

• Product allocation and release for outbound shipments
• Route products on client portals
• Monitor shipments and create orders
• Follow-up with clients, ensuring smooth delivery
• Resolve issues related to shipments

Reporting:

• Maintain and provide regular activity reports

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in creating and managing ASNs to ensure accurate shipment tracking and documentation compliance.
• Proven knowledge in handling various documents like bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork, and packing lists, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Proven experiences with tools for tracking product allocation, stock levels, and inventory status
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
