CLIENT ADVISOR - 1 YEAR FIX TERM CONTRACT

LOCATION: VERONA, CENTRAL AREA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide excellent customer service with a CRM focus, managing client book and after-sales processes
2. Maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk
3. Stay up to date with collections, possess deep knowledge of products, and demonstrate a proactive and constructive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion, with RTW experience
2. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
3. Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, and autonomous character

OFFERING:

1. Basic Salary up to €26K
2. Company benefits and commission scheme
3. 1 year fixed-term contract
