The role is aimed to support JTI markets in Western Europe with data-driven decision-making strategy, primarily focused on Strategic Insights and Commercial Planning. As IT Business Solutions Manager for Data & Analytics this role involves the design, implementation, and evolution of data-related solutions. The focus is on maximizing the value of data through a combination of business acumen, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of Markets & Regions IT team to develop and implement a data strategy and define data solutions for informed decision-making in Western Europe.
• Closely collaborate with corporate IT teams supporting the roll out and evolution of corporate solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses in data sources, models, and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Design and deliver market data solutions.
• Liaise with IT security, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to design sustainable, scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of data projects.
• Maximize the value of existing data sources and identify new data opportunities that could potentially add business value.
• Ensure cross-entity knowledge sharing to optimize IT investments maximizing their efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of exposure to IT architecture and solutions for data flows among systems and applications.
• 3+ years of business professional expertise in data analysis and insights generation.
• Experience in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform with a special emphasis on data solutions and services.
• Strong experience in project management, with a track record of successful execution.
• Experience with budget management and contract management.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Delivery on Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake).
• Very good understanding of Azure PaaS management and resource monitoring.
• CI/CD experience and DevOps.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience in Python/PySpark.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to solve business challenges.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
