Responsibilities

1. Provide expert customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve technical issues, and guide them in effectively using fitness applications and devices.
3. Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
4. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to customer service processes.
5. Stay informed about product developments and industry trends in fitness technology to enhance support quality.

1. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
