We are exclusively hiring a Global Medical Director – Consumer Health for an international pharmaceutical company expanding its innovative portfolio in sleep, gastrointestinal, and respiratory health.

Your Role

As Global Medical Director, you will play a key role in defining and executing the medical strategy for two major global brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at HQ and in local markets, ensuring medical excellence drives commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AdBoards and Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies to support global and local market adoption.
• Strengthen collaboration with local medical teams to enhance brand medical capabilities and maximize sales impact.
• Develop medical promotional strategies, including sales force training, promotional claims design, and medical meetings.
• Act as a key partner for Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams at both global and local levels.

Your Profile:
Experience in KOL management at local and global/ regional levels, with expertise in AdBoards, clinical studies, and medical brand strategy. Proven success in developing medical promotional tools for non-Rx, non-reimbursed products. A values-driven leader, with a deep understanding of ethical best practices in healthcare.
