What you’ll do :

You will join the team of IT Portfolio & Program Management and in particular in the management IT Process & Supporting Tools Management reporting directly to the IT Process Manager. You will have the opportunity to be involved in:

1. Process Management :
1. Process Mapping: Document current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC.
2. Process Improvement: Identify and design optimized processes for improvement.
3. Compliance and Standards: Ensure processes adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during process or system changes.
5. KPIs and Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality.
6. Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
8. Gap Analysis: Compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas.
2. ICT Business and Functional Analysis :
1. Translating Processes into Workflows: Convert business processes into detailed IT system workflows.
2. ServiceNow Business and Functional Analysis: Conduct analysis to ensure system capabilities align with business requirements.
3. Support for ServiceNow Development: Support the ServiceNow development team, providing insights, requirements, and feedback to support projects and developments, ensuring alignment with business needs and process improvements.

Who you are :

At least 5 years in Business or Functional Analysis and Process Management; Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent; Excellent knowledge of Business and/or Functional Analysis, Process Management; Strong analytical, logical, and negotiation skills; Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation; Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written; Strong knowledge of the ICT world.

Preferrably, you also have :

1. Previous relevant experience in Process Management, Business Analysis and/or Functional Analysis;
2. Knowledge of common ICT frameworks like ITIL or COBIT;
3. Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, RUP, Agile User Stories, BPMN, Functional Decomposition, Lean Six Sigma, Use Case Management;
4. Any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies.
