1. You speak English and Italian
2. Freelance status - if you do not have it, we will help you
3. You are in your last 2 years of the degree or graduated in the last 4 years
4. Photo skills
5. Professional and customer focused
6. Friendly and feel confident in front of the camera (will need to appear a few seconds in the video)
7. Modern smartphone
8. Other photography equipment is a plus but not mandatory
