We are in an active search for the IT Warehouse specialist of our fulfillment centers in Italy & Greece! You are the main IT point of reference for the 2 L'Oréal distribution centers in Italy & Greece. You play a key role in the success of the ongoing program of transformation and modernization of our fulfillment centers.

In this context, you are responsible for the proper functioning of information systems: business applications, interfaces, network infrastructure, customer workstations, field terminals, telephony, etc. You help apply the global roadmap of the group applications portfolio and guarantee the proper functioning of local applications. You check that the solutions adopted comply with the IT security policies, standards and rules defined at company level. You participate in the definition and evolution of the general IT security control plan and the mapping of cyber risks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Definition and management of performance KPIs and IT service quality of the warehouses.
• Definition and management of the IT Roadmap of L'Oréal distribution centers in Italy & Greece.
• Definition of the expert resources needed for project delivery.
• Coordination and mobilization of the various IT service providers, internal and external.
• Management of the local Service Desk team.
• Guarantee the development of expertise and know-how and support all changes in the organization.

What we are looking for:

around 5-7 years of experience in:

• Network knowledge.
• Logistic applications knowledge linked to the warehouse processes (Picking flow, Order preparation, Mechanization, supplies, stocks, etc).
• Sense of contact and service, integrity, transparency, rigor, sense of internal control.
• Team spirit, ability to unite, share and build support, autonomy, entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, good oral and written communication.

Experience in these topics will be a plus:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or a distribution center.
• Mastery of the complexity of IT ecosystems, encompassing SAP, Manhattan and integrations.
• Good mastery of project management methodologies and change management.
• Mastery of ERP and Manhattan software.

• Workplace: at least 2 days in Villanterio (Pavia) and 1 day Milan.
