LEGAL OFFICER (INDUSTRIA METALMECCANICA)

Our customer is a prestigious multinational Group, leader in the design and production of high-tech systems and components for the automotive sector, present with production plants in 10 countries around the world. It is the reference supplier of the most important car makers in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a:

LEGAL OFFICER

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Legal & Contracts Officer who will provide legal support in the areas of regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate/strategic transactions, and litigation management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Commercial contracts: drafting, negotiation and finalization of contracts with Suppliers and Customers.
2. Commercial disputes: management of commercial claims and extrajudicial disputes, negotiation and finalization of settlement agreements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working experience in a top tier Law Firm or a multinational Company.
• Law degree.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen eye for attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
