E-Commerce Specialist

The company is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to join the team in Milan.

Scope of Work:

• Content management (inserting, file preparation, and upload of assets and catalog) in coordination with Merchandising and Communication teams
• Monitoring orders & returns
• Monitoring inventory and restocking in coordination with the Merchandising team
• Testing website functionality on desktop & mobile and across various markets
• Coordinating partners (Creative agency, e-commerce partner, Digital Marketing agency, and Logistic partner)
• Monitoring customer care tickets and coordinating with HQ customer care team
• Organizing calendar events in coordination with Marketing and Communication teams
• Creation of newsletters according to Business/Marketing indications
• Coordinating photo shoots (from the next batch)
• Reporting on visits, sales, and other KPIs (using GA and Shopify)
• Managing the materials re-ordering (packages, tags, etc.)
• Support in the go-live phase

Requirements:

• Office Package, in particular Excel expertise
• 6-12 months experience with e-commerce and therefore knowledge of GA, some e-commerce platforms, and email platforms
• Attention to detail
• Time management and general project management mindset
• Communication and relational skills
• English is required
• Italian is a plus
• Master's in management, marketing, or communication is a plus
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
