E-Commerce Payments Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Miu Miu Global Client Service Manager, the Miu Miu E-Commerce Payments Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments related activities, to comply with all the payments regulations and, at the same time, identify the best solutions to optimize approval rate reducing declines.

This role is responsible for understanding payments trends and market landscape, identifying opportunities of efficiency and evolution, and supporting order processing with the objective of providing best in class service to all our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and monitor Payments Platforms’ configurations for Miu Miu e-commerce websites.
2. Monitor and supervise all activities related to fraud prevention, payments and administration, both at an internal level and with our anti-fraud partner (Riskified).
3. Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales.
4. Monitor purchasing behaviors and related patterns (e.g. repeaters).
5. Monitor Chargeback outcomes and how they are reflected on anti-fraud platform’s invoice.
6. Production of fraud check and payment performance reports.
7. Liaise with Digital Product Owners on payment roadmap prioritization and implementation.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

1. Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
2. Experience with payments platforms and anti-fraud background, at least 3 years in similar roles.
3. Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource and Riskified System is required.
4. Order management.
5. English proficiency.
