JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Miu Miu Global Client Service Manager, the Miu Miu E-Commerce Payments Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments related activities, to comply with all the payments regulations and, at the same time, identify the best solutions to optimize approval rate reducing declines.
This role is responsible for understanding payments trends, identifying opportunities of efficiency and supporting order processing with the objective of providing best in class service to all our clients, representative of Prada Group's luxury brand standards.
