We are looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ...

As Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Carrier Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the relationships with carriers to help stabilize our rapid growth.
• Collaborating closely with the operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.
• Expanding our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
• Supervising our daily transports in Italy and handling all inquiries from carriers.
• Using your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
• Managing day-to-day operational tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel).
• Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities.
• Knowledge of geography transport rules.
• 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road.
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Great attention to detail and an organized approach.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress.
• Mediation skills and claims management.
• Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules (plus).
