We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead the organization of field work and ensure compliance with safety provisions and regulations. Key responsibilities include organizing on-site inspections, visits, and briefings, as well as supervising work permits and issuing service orders to implement safety provisions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or geology, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge of technical regulations and safety protocols. Additional skills include project management, written and spoken English, and excellent interpersonal skills.
