Director of Food & Beverage

Hans House is recruiting for its ultra-luxury resort by the mystic Golfo Aranci seaside, in North-East Sardinia. The property consists of a latest generation spa, multiple dining venues and bars servicing designer suites and exclusive seaside villas with direct access to the unique Sardinian emerald waters.

This resort promises to offer an unparalleled experience for guests—and a fantastic work environment for hospitality professionals.

With the property set to open its doors by early next year, we are looking for the following positions to join our energetic team:

Director of Food & Beverage

- Oversee and finalize the design development and completion of all F&B outlets

1. Lead and transform pre-opening concepts with the help of the architect and design team
2. Create a vision and build a bespoke service team to deliver the highest of standards
3. Create high-end menus for both Bars and Restaurants

Candidate must have experience in a similar position in the luxury segment and be fluent in Italian and English.
