Mangia’s Resorts is looking for an F&B Director to join the operational team of the F&B Department. The role offers the opportunity to work directly in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the success of the experiences offered to our guests.
Job Description
The F&B Director directs and oversees all aspects of the organization's food and beverage planning, preparation of SOP's and guidelines, strategy and standards of food and drinks in our resorts as well as adherence to quality and safety standards.
Responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring it is in-line with the company strategy - and that projects are delivered on time and while in line with company's daily/seasonal/yearly budget.
Responsibilities
- Assisting, planning, supporting and executing the resort's food and beverage strategy.
- Monitoring of F&B performances across the hotels (voice of customers and cost efficiency).
- Constant analysis of Food and Beverage offering and value in relation to guest requests and competition trends.
- Assisting in menu and concept development, planning and pricing.
- Working closely with the resort's management team to ensure that guests receive best in class service and techniques.
- Personnel selection, responsible for hiring executive chefs, F&B managers and Restaurant Managers.
- Working within Mangia's guidelines to develop creative and innovative F&B offerings.
- Monitoring F&B team performance and offer adequate learning needs and improvement plans.
- Ensuring that the resorts comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 5 years in F&B Resort Management experience required.
- Proven multi-concept and banqueting experience.
- Proficient with system requirements to include Simphony, Opera, Microsoft Office, etc. (other software knowledge is highly considered as Review Pro, Medallia, Trust you, etc).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach vs customer satisfaction based on details.
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks.
- Italian and English languages are required (English level B2 minimum required).
- French, Spanish or German will be considered as a plus.
- At least 2 years in International Branded properties will be considered as a plus.
