We are looking for a

Direct Enrollment Officer to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with potential students and overseeing enrollments.

A Direct Enrollment Officer is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with prospects and potential students. He/She acts as the primary point of contact, guiding each individual from the initial outreach stage through to the final enrollment decision.

Direct Enrollment duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Selling courses using solid arguments to prospective students.
  2. Managing new sales opportunities through micro conversion targets and ongoing monitoring.
  3. Using the CRM platform (SalesForce) to maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, keeping track of interactions, responses, tasks, and follow-up activities.
  4. Providing updates to management on key metrics such as the number of qualified leads generated, conversion rates, the success of scheduled appointments, the number of applications, admissions, and immatriculations.
  5. Contacting potential students according to the company multichannel strategy (call, messages, WhatsApp, and email) in order to facilitate the enrollment process and provide them with necessary support.
  6. Assessing potential leads’ fit and readiness for the offer via structured approach and good questioning, and scheduling meetings and contacts to progress the sales process.
  7. Meeting personally (in campus and online) with students and families in order to give all orientation information and to maximize prospect conversion.
  8. Joining all the promotional events organized within the campus and online to support and maximize the enrollment campaign.
  9. Taking care of all new applications for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, gathering all documents and keeping the pipeline updated.
  10. Answering students’ questions about enrollment procedures, responding to applicants, following up on missing documents, and providing detailed information about scholarships and financial aid.

About You

Strong communication skills:

  • Written: Excellent written English & Italian and ability to write for different audiences to produce different types of communication e.g., emails, instructions, training documents, presentations.
  • Verbal: Well-spoken and articulate. Professional, friendly phone and in-person manner. Persuasive and persistent yet friendly and personable.
  • Comfortable cold calling with a confident telephone manner.
  • Listening: Active listening using empathy and understanding.

Attributes & Attitude:

  • High energy, proactive, willing to get stuck in.
  • Naturally comfortable speaking to people and building relationships.
  • Willing and able to follow processes and carry out instructions.
  • Driven and persistent, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed in an outbound sales role.
  • Customer and target-oriented with sales, proactive, relationship, and strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Experience:

  • Previous outbound sales experience involving cold-warm calling is essential.
  • Analytical approach and data orientation.

Job requirements:

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the sales field.

He/She has knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Contract and compensation to be defined.
