We are looking for a Digital Product Consultant to be employed in our Milan office to support reaching our communication goals through social media platforms.
You will:
Plan, manage, and optimize social advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and performance campaigns such as affiliation or Direct Email Marketing, including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors and social account setup, daily optimizations, and reporting.
Ability to plan and manage paid search (AdWords, Bing, etc.) will be considered a plus.
Assist with internal interactions including reporting, meetings, and QBRs as needed.
Always maintain a strong focus on KPIs and eager to find ways to meet targets.
Be in charge of liaising with internal teams on all digital activities and trends.
Ensure best practices and innovation in all activities.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital campaign management.
Excellent knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Knowledge of conversion optimization practices.
Familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologies.
Analytical mindset and financial acumen.
Good level of English language, both written and oral.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
Effective time management and project management skills.
Team working and collaborative attitude.
If necessary, able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
