This position reports to: Global Product Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and manage incidents, handle day-to-day operations, escalate cases as needed, and deliver value to customers as fast as possible. You will also report issues and feedback to other Agile Teams to improve product quality and customer experience with ABB Digital Products, keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.

The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote.

This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power Digital organization globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Managing urgencies coming from customers and ABB representatives
2. Analyzing, troubleshooting, and managing reported incidents
3. Delivering value to customers as quickly as possible, keeping customer satisfaction as a priority
4. Handling day-to-day operations and escalating cases as needed
5. Reporting issues and feedback to other Agile Teams to improve product quality and customer experience
6. Creating and identifying Knowledge Base articles to improve product documentation

Qualifications for the role

1. You enjoy working in an Agile organization
2. Proven experience in problem solving
3. Possess knowledge of incident management tools
4. Experience in troubleshooting complex setups remotely
5. You have worked with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, but not limited to it)
6. You have basic knowledge of Linux-based IoT devices connected to cloud platforms hosted on Azure or AWS
7. You are a problem solver, creative, energetic, self-motivated with an ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
8. You are at ease communicating in English
