Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
Strong analytical skills with an attitude in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Previous knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
Experience with a CMS tool is a plus.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
Detail-oriented and rigorous.
Digital savvy.
What do we expect from you?
Support on the website and e-commerce project.
Support in bug fixing, application maintenance and UX/UI improvement.
Support in the Online Store Management strategy.
Conduct benchmarking analysis on websites strategies and contents, to provide business insights and identify future opportunities.
Monthly and quarterly reporting on website's performance and e-commerce sales.
Monitoring of the main traffic KPIs, using Google Analytics 4.
Ad hoc analysis on user experience, product assortment, etc.
