Support the marketing and communication manager in her daily activities.
Develop cross-media projects (social, digital).
Support the communication director in dealings with Italian and foreign journalists.
Manage the movement of editorial garments in Italy and abroad.
Be the referent of digital PR activities, influencer campaigns (barter and sponsored), and special projects.
Manage and coordinate online/offline advertising and digital marketing activities, contacts with magazines, managing garment shipments for shooting, and email pitching.
Create newsletter management aimed at commercial and communication support.
Create seasonal line sheets, brand presentations for B2B and B2C, and invitations.
Creation of press releases for seasonal collections, in Italian and English, and interviews.
The ideal candidate:
Is currently living in Verona and province.
Has 5 years of experience in the same position.
Has knowledge of the following graphic software: InDesign, Adobe, or Photoshop.
Has an excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English (levels C1 or C2), and excellent writing skills in both Italian and English, with availability and flexibility.
Has initiative and problem-solving skills, good relational skills, and accuracy.
Is available for national and/or international trips for press days in Italy and abroad.
Has a strong ability to work in stressful periods.
Has good experience with journalists and the ability to create interpersonal relations.
