Digital Expert | Digital Transformation & Marketing - Fixed Term 12 months

We’re looking for a Digital Expert to join our Digital Marketing team in the Financial Services industry. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital innovation and customer experience, driving forward key transformation initiatives and supporting marketing operations across digital touchpoints.

Role and duty – core business:

• Lead and coordinate key Digital Transformation projects as Digital Product Owner, acting as the bridge between business and tech teams.
• Collect business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional specs and backlog items.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, UX/UI designers and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Support Digital Marketing initiatives: content management, tracking and analytics, SEO/SEM, performance review and campaign optimization.
• Monitor key metrics and user feedback to continuously improve digital tools and customer journeys.

Competences:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital roles such as Digital Product Owner or Digital Project Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, Adobe Analytics, and digital marketing topics (e.g. SEO, analytics, CRM, advertising)
• UX/UI sensibility and familiarity with design thinking principles
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
• A hands-on mindset, with the ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks
