Context and Purpose of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Business Analytics Intern who will support the tutor in creating, monitoring, and analyzing reports on website-related topics, within the Digital Business Department.

Activities

  • Creation of weekly and monthly reporting on eCommerce website performance (both in terms of website KPIs and sales)
  • Creation of ad hoc/standard analysis on sales KPIs
  • Creation of ad hoc/standard analysis on web analytics related topics (traffic monitoring and focus on channels composition)
  • Strong focus on advertising marketing reporting and channel mix performance
  • Create dashboard with Datastudio to share with stakeholders
  • Check on data and bug fixing, collaborating with stakeholders
  • Support the team in the relationship with agencies and stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Interest in digital area and data analysis
  • Good knowledge and use of Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and proactive person
  • Google Analytics 4/360 basic knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Power BI/Datastudio and other BI platforms knowledge will be considered a plus
