Job Description:

Our store in Prato is looking for a Department Manager responsible for the operational and strategic management of the Mobile department.

This role includes team coordination, sales optimization, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your Missions:

• Develop sales of the Mobile & Déco collection by daily monitoring key performance indicators and store revenue
• In collaboration with the Store Manager, plan and implement targeted actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals defined by Management
• Lead, train, and support the Mobile sales team, enhancing each individual's potential through coaching and support activities
• Warmly welcome, assist, and retain our customers during their shopping experience
• Provide technical advice on the Mobile offering, finding the perfect solution for every need
• Propose Maisons du Monde services (Rhinov, Product Delivery, Financing, etc.);
• Manage customer inquiries (quotes, after-sales, etc.)
• Participate in the proper maintenance of the mobile department (restocking, setup, etc.)
• Share and promote the values of Maisons du Monde

In the absence of your Store Manager or depending on needs, you will supervise the store and ensure its proper management, also supporting other departments like cash and inventory.

Profile:

• You are passionate about furniture and share our values of Optimism, Creativity, Commitment, and Proximity
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in a retail environment, ideally in medium/large stores
• You have already managed a team and can guide them towards achieving goals
• You know sales techniques and understand how to satisfy your customers. You possess strong analytical skills regarding key retail KPIs and are goal-oriented
• Teamwork attitude and problem-solving skills
