A Data System Administrator supports the administration activities and the compliance of electronic GMP systems within according to the Segregation of Duty and Data Integrity policies.
Collaborate with multifunctional team members including: IT, CSV, Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Operations and Data Integrity.
Location/Division Specific InformationThe Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 1,100 employees, is specialized in commercial contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with a growing focus on biologics.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities- Handle systems access and user permissions and their maintenance.
- Collaborate on projects/system implementations to meet business and regulatory requirements, including vendor selection process.
- Interact with multifunctional team members including: IT, CSV, Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Operations and Data Integrity.
- Handle data compliance tasks for the manufacturing/laboratory computerized systems.
- Support production and engineering in ensuring that any automated equipment/instrument configuration changes are accurately handled through formal change control.
- Handle the creation of recipes for production use on all production systems, in accordance with existing procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient English, written and spoken.
- Proven knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Learning agility.
- Knowledge of chemical laboratory, Empower and SampleManager software will be considered a plus.
