Data Engineer - Data Modeling

Your role and responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of reported issues.

• Assist in defining technical requirements and developing solutions.
• Facilitate data integration, data conformity, data integrity, and ensure data structures are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements.

Required technical and professional expertise

- Proven experience of 2-4 years in designing and building complex solutions based on the SAS Platform.

• Proven experience in supporting technical teams in identifying and solving issues related to the SAS Platform.
• Experience in data modeling concepts and related standards.
• Advanced SQL programming, PL/SQL or T-SQL.
• SAS certification.
• Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.

Preferred technical and professional experience

- Agile mindset - ability to process changes in priorities and requests, ownership, critical thinking.

• Experience with Data Governance tools.
• Experience with a business intelligence tool (e.g. Power BI, SAP BI, Oracle OBIEE, SAS Visual Analytics/Viya).
• Experience with various cloud and integration platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
