Cyber Security Technician

BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxic characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry.

We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Technician:

Main Activities:

1. Collaborate with the Cyber Security Manager on network and systems security monitoring.
2. Contribute in the management and maintenance of the security infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and timeliness.
3. Analyze open tickets from the SOC and assign possible resolution activities.
4. Monitor corporate security control systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
5. Keep systems and applications up-to-date through collaboration with the IT department (patches and updates).
6. Collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to assess and identify security compliance gaps and propose technical and operational remedial solutions.
7. Help with testing of installed equipment and provide security assessment and hardening.
8. Assist with preventive maintenance and repair.
9. Take advantage of training opportunities to keep job knowledge up-to-date.

Main Requirements:

1. Technical high school diploma.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Client and Server and Windows applications.
3. Basic knowledge of networks.
4. IT Certification is nice to have.
5. Knowledge of EDR/Antivirus Enterprise and NDR systems.
6. Knowledge of vulnerability analysis systems.
7. English knowledge.
