Cyber Security Specialist

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist in our Cyber Security and BCM team within the Legal, Compliance and Security department based in Milan. In this role, reporting directly to the Information Security Officer, your main responsibility is to evaluate, implement, and design Cyber Security solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Support Cyber Security function in Risks Assessments, Best Practices and Standards implementation, and Cyber Security subject awareness activities;
• Collaborate with colleagues in the group cyber function and CERT in emergency management;
• Guide delivery teams in the implementation of external regulatory requirements like GDPR or internal security policies;
• Plan, execute, and steer quality assurance measures in the security field like penetration tests;
• Support the development and maintenance of security principles, standards, and roadmaps in compliance with standards and policies of the E.ON Group;
• Support the achievement of requirements identified by ISO 22301 (Business Continuity);

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security/Computer Engineering or Master in Cyber Security;
• Good understanding of main Cyber risks and countermeasures;
• Basic knowledge of Business continuity standards;
• Basic knowledge of GDPR, NIS 2;
• Experience in implementation of Cyber Security standards;
• Confident in working with international teams;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
