Cyber Security Analyst

For our global Security Operation Center team, we are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst based in Brugherio (MB). You will work inter-departmentally internationally to identify and correct flaws/incident in the company's security operation to remediate the impact in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

1. Active real-time security monitoring of alerts and escalating critical alerts in compliance with the appropriate service levels
2. Provide Incident Response (IR) support when analysis confirms actionable incident
3. Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams in Asia, Europe and Americas
4. Stay up to date on information technology trends, security standards and threats
5. Stay up to date on the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency
6. Ability to investigate problems and use standard operating procedures and processes to resolve them
7. Understanding/differentiation of intrusion attempts and false alarms
8. Perform 2nd level of support in terms of Security Tooling (mainly XDR and Endpoint PAM)

Your Profile

Education & experience

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in relation to IT or cyber security
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud and related technologies
3. Experience and exposure to related IT/OT Security framework (e.g. NIST CSF, MITRE Attack)
4. Cybersecurity Certification can be a plus

Skills & expertise

1. Know how in Microsoft Security features such as Microsoft XDR, Entra Protection
2. Know how in Deception Technologies
3. Know how in Threat Hunting (Yara, Sigma, KQL)
4. Know how in Cyber Threat Intelligence
5. Experience in Attack Surface Reduction process
6. Basics of Systems Integrations and Infrastructure (Active Directory, Entra IDP, SSO protocols, API management)
7. Basics on Cloud Environment (Azure and AWS)
8. Basics on OT infrastructure and concepts
9. Understanding of enterprise networking (SDWAN, SDN, network segregations and zero trust approaches)
10. Can be a plus experience in Threat Modelling to ensure Security by Design
11. Basic understanding of various cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27k, NIST
