Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
- Plan the production of the required equipment;
- Monitor the progress of the production of orders for which they are responsible;
- Guarantee compliance to commercial conditions indicated in the sales contract (payment terms, discounts, return conditions, net prices);
- Ensure the resolution of return shipments, non-conformities and management of delivery delays;
- Provide customer support;
- Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in compliance with existing CEE and EXTRA CEE regulations;
- Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection;
- Issue logistics and customs documentation needed for export purposes;
- Monitor the customer's credit situation;
Competences and Requirements:
- Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics and similar;
- 3-4 years of experience in the Sales Administration area;
- Client & Service Orientation;
- Excellent knowledge of English and preferably of a second language (German nice to have);
- Precision and accuracy;
- Risk Analysis & Problem solving;
- Planning & Organization;
- Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
