Objectives of the Role:

According to the company's strategy, She/He contributes to manage the relationship with customers and supports Sales Area managers Organization.

She/He will report to the Customer Service Coordinator.

Duties:

  • Supports customers, acting as a strategic partner.
  • Provides order and data entry.
  • Works in a team with production planning, supply chain, and quality departments to properly schedule and ensure timely service.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree, with foreign languages as a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French, and at least one other language (Spanish or Dutch).
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package; SAP is a plus.
  • Problem solving, proactivity, and teamwork.
  • Strongly customer-oriented.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
