Interacting with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders like CQA, Medical Information, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance. Supporting escalated complex complaints and serving as a product expert. Making decisions on replacements, credits, or warranty claims, partnering with CQA for translation support, and assisting in process improvements.
Deciding on vigilance reporting and preparing relevant reports for submission.
