The resource will be placed within the Customer Service Department and will follow the customer from the issue of the order until the delivery, coordinating with the various internal departments in order to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and monitor orders for the area of responsibility until their execution with support from Logistics
Respond promptly to customer questions (using different channels)
Manage customer complaints or problems in coordination with Quality Control and Logistics
Send certifications and product data sheets requested in coordination with the R&D Department
Regularly compile and share sales statistics
We are looking for a person who has:
Previous experience, even minimal, in the role
Bachelor's/Master's degree in linguistics/economics
Excellent knowledge of English; as a second language, knowledge of French or Spanish is preferable. Knowledge of Russian will be considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
Availability to make non-frequent transfers (3/4 year)
Dynamism, good organization, open-mindedness, high ability to work in a large team, ability to manage moments of important workload, and interpersonal skills complete the profile.
