Position Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Service Account in Rovereto Location.

Main opportunities and challenges:

Critical analysis of current processes and tools, aimed at continuous improvement. Potential reassignment to other departments (i.e., Logistics).

Main Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Order Fulfillment and Logistics processes of assigned customer accounts.
  2. Responsible for Customer Forecasting for assigned customers: consistency check of forecast, forecast planning in SAP, data analysis and reporting.
  3. Responsible for Customer Master Data of assigned customers.
  4. Responsible for the Logistics communication with assigned customers.
  5. Participates in the editing of Logistics contracts for assigned customers.
  6. Responsible for Price List Update of assigned customers.

Job Position Requirements

Education:

University master degree: Technical and scientific disciplines.

Professional background

Even short experiences in well-structured companies is a plus.

Hard skills

Essential:

  • Excel (advanced user is a must).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiar with most common Office automation software (email, web browser).

Plus:

  • SAP Sales & Distribution module.
  • Fluent in other languages (i.e., German / French) is a plus.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex series of numbers.

Soft skills

  • Brilliant in communication.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Capacity to work in a team.
  • Proactive and willing to grow.
