About the role

We are looking for a candidate who will support in checking and fixing data quality issues supporting MSC core operational processes, such as Planning, Sales and Operations. This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months, with the potential for extension.

The main tasks will be keeping clear data in the internal CRM system, supporting the main team in:
  1. the evaluation of existing customers’ contracts and projects;
  2. the maintenance of the existing customers’ portfolio;
  3. the planning of customers’ activities.

About you

  • Excellent Italian skills required, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English required (written and verbal).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field is preferred (not explicitly required but could be beneficial for the role).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Working proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive mindset.
  • Adaptable and supportive of innovative thinking.
  • Solution-oriented approach.
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated with a strong customer focus, a problem solver with a practical approach, naturally curious and eager to learn, innovative and open to new ideas, proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of urgency.
