We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Milan. As a leading employment agency, we strive to connect talented individuals with great career opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  2. Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English and Croatian (both written and spoken)
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Milan
