We are looking for a Credit Collector to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Credit Management Team.

Your Challenge:

As a Credit Collector, your mission will be to use your skills and knowledge, empowered by our processes and tools, in order to minimize company losses by evaluating the creditworthiness of our customers, collecting B2B overdue receivables in a timely manner (via telephone or e-mail), and reduce the number of agreements submitted to Legal Recoveries.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cash performance for the customers under your responsibility;
• Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers and payment conditions;
• Use of credit scoring models for risk assessments;
• Negotiating payment terms extensions via factoring;
• Negotiating and monitoring payment plans and applying interest rates;
• Monitoring bad debts;

Required Skills:

• Previous experience within collection is essential for this opportunity;
• Good knowledge and understanding of Italian Insolvency and consumer credit laws;
• Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Previous experience within SAP Account Receivables management.

• Excellent communication skills;
• Positive and team-oriented attitude;
• Ability to manage high volumes of cases efficiently and effectively;
• Trust in structured processes;
• Knowledge about contracts and payments with Credit Cards;
• Project Management Skills in a variety of workplace contexts.
