Fasten Seat Belt is a creative agency specializing in the design and execution of events for fashion and luxury brands. We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong sensitivity to the world of fashion and luxury, capable of developing innovative concepts and leading the creative team in delivering high-impact events. The ideal candidate combines a distinctive artistic vision with advanced strategic capabilities and a deep understanding of brand dynamics and the expectations of a sophisticated audience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for luxury and fashion events (fashion shows, presentations, experiences, private dinners).
• Lead the creative team, collaborating with designers, photographers, set designers, and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee the artistic direction and visual storytelling of each event, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
• Create high-level presentations to propose ideas to clients and engage key stakeholders.
• Identify and interpret emerging trends in the fashion and luxury sectors to anticipate market needs.
• Curate every detail to perfection, ensuring excellence and a lasting emotional impact.
• Maintain and expand a network of strategic contacts within the fashion & luxury industry.
• Integrate sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions into event design.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within the fashion, luxury, and events industry.
• A portfolio of high-profile and internationally significant projects/events.
• Excellent storytelling and strategic vision skills.
• Deep knowledge of dynamics and trends in the fashion & luxury sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing complex teams.
• Outstanding networking abilities with talents, designers, and strategic partners.
• Proficiency in creative presentation and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint).
