At Unobravo, we're revolutionising access to mental health support through our innovative digital platform. With over 2 million therapy sessions delivered and a community of 160,000+ patients, we're seeking a visionary Creative Director to help us break down barriers and stigma around mental health through compelling creative direction.

As we expand internationally across Europe, we need a Creative Director who can build and lead a world-class creative team that brings sensitivity, cultural awareness, and innovation to our mission of making therapy accessible to all. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of design at Unobravo by overseeing every facet of our branding efforts, from talent and technology to strategies and visual identity.

The ideal candidate will inspire their team to transform data into impactful insights and models that propel Unobravo's growth trajectory. They'll champion data accessibility and advocate for its utilisation, empowering our entire organisation to make informed decisions rooted in quality data. AS A CREATIVE DIRECTOR YOU WILL:

  • Develop and lead the international creative studio at Unobravo (managing graphic design, copywriting, photography, motion and video) responsible for driving projects such as international branding, support of new customers growth via paid and organic channels, support our community of therapists, etc.
  • Build, inspire and lead a team of creative minds both internal and external (freelancers / agencies) as well as partner with Head of Marketing, Product managers.
  • Deliver and own brand book implementation across all touchpoints at international level to ensure we build a distinctive and highly recognisable brand.
  • Improve internal processes from briefing to validation, ensure that deliverables adhere to requests, Unobravo brand and vision.
  • Support scaling digital marketing spending (META, Google, TikTok) via visually compelling and captivating ads (static, videos) via a thorough understanding and testing of creative formats provided by vendors.
  • Work alongside the Paid Media team to synthesise and iterate on hooks and triggers to constantly improve performance.
  • Uplevel design quality by bringing impactful ideas to the table and seeing the best of them through testing.
  • Build / coordinate documentation for others to develop on-brand creatives.


️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 8+ years of experience in an international creative role with 2+ years of team leadership, focusing on branding and digital advertising, with experience in directing motion or video work
  • A proven track record of leading design projects and teams, with a portfolio that showcases excellence in brand and digital design.
  • Extensive experience in developing digital design systems and brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across different teams and disciplines.
  • Transform rough ideas and general concepts into final creatives.
  • Ensure quality and timely creative production and communication with creative teammates, company partners, and external clients.
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative environment. Mentor all team members, ensuring alignment on all projects across company and team goals.
  • Negotiate with senior leadership, customers or agency partners to influence decisions across areas
  • Italian native with fluent English, additional languages (FR & ES) are a plus
